Your 2006 gift to High Country United Way is important to our community.  To show their appreciation for your generosity, four local auto dealers are offering you a chance to win in the High Country United Way “fair share” workplace campaign.  Just pledge a minimum of one hour of pay per month for a year and you will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a NEW CAR!  Final drawing will be held in December.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
HIGH COUNTRY AUTO GROUP
AND
HIGH COUNTRY UNITED WAY

  1. The Grand Prize. One lucky person will win a brand new 2006 vehicle provided by High Country Auto Group: Boone Ford, Lincoln, Mercury; High Country Honda; Norman Cheek’s Toyota / Scion of Boone; and Ross Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge.

  2. Who is eligible? Any person who is 18 years of age or older, holds a valid driver's license and can provide valid proof of auto insurance prior to the drawing, and make a workplace contribution of a fair share (at least one hour's pay per month) to the High Country United Way 2006 annual fundraising campaign. The drawing is limited to one entry per person. United Way reserves the right to determine the validity of the entries.

  3. Who is not eligible? High Country United Way staff, board members, and their immediate families.

  4. How the drawing works. For ten weeks during the fall campaign, a finalist will be drawn from the total eligible entries. Each of the finalists will be notified and invited to the car give-away on Friday, December 15, 2006 where a single winner will be drawn. All finalists must provide High Country Auto Group dealerships with proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance prior to the drawing. All finalists must be present at the main event to receive a key and qualify for the give-away.

  5. Car Give-Away. The final drawing will be held on Friday, December 15, 2006 at noon at Boone Mall. The finalists will draw a key in the order they qualified. The finalist whose key starts a designated vehicle will win a brand new automobile. The winner will get their choice of any of the four cars and that car will have a minimum retail value of at least $15,000, exclusive of taxes and tags.

  6. Requirements. The winner is required to pay all applicable taxes, title, and registration fees relating to the transaction and must pay his/her pledge in full to High Country United Way by December 31, 2006. The winner grants High Country United Way and the High Country Auto Group dealerships the use of his/her name and photograph in all communication and publicity materials.
